Our client, a recognizable international airline, is hiring a Business Project Manager to join their busy and growing marketing operations team working on a wide range of initiatives supporting the team's Sr. Manager on project support based initiatives.

Pay Rate : Up to $45 / hour (some flex - DOE)

Contract Duration : 1+ year (40 hours / week)

  • Possibility to extend

Location : Chicago, IL (hybrid)

Experience Required :

  • 2-3 years of experience in business project management, program management, or consulting
  • Extensive experience building presentation decks pertaining to project status and strategy utilized to present to stakeholders and executives (examples required with submission)
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage business initiatives from concept to completion
  • Track progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies across teams
  • Develop business cases, proposals, and actionable recommendations to support decision-making
  • Create and maintain executive dashboards and status reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work effectively across teams
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Confluence (or similar)
