Key Responsibilities
Manage and support assigned accounts, focusing on customer retention and daily interactions with Managed Services Engineers
Oversee service delivery to ensure IT services meet client expectations and resolve issues promptly
Identify customer service opportunities and manage technical resources for enhanced customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Five years of experience in IT customer account management, IT managed services, or IT project management
Experience working in large remote teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Ability to manage customer expectations and provide trusted advisor-level service
Technical abilities to understand complex business requirements and current development trends
Bachelor's degree and PMP certification preferred
