[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order on the premises. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter, both indoors and outdoors, to help to deter unwanted activity within a tech, media, and telecom environment. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as appropriate. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized individuals and promote a secure environment for employees and visitors. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or vendors regarding security-related matters. Document all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
