Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project & Business Development Coordinator to oversee project execution while supporting business growth initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating project timelines, communicating with internal teams and clients, and assisting in marketing and sales efforts to expand our services.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in sales or client relations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Coordination
Coordinate and track project timelines from initiation to completion
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
Monitor budgets, materials, and deadlines
Provide regular project status updates to leadership
Sales & Business Development
Assist in marketing company services to potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with property managers and owners
Support bid preparation and proposal submissions
Identify new business opportunities
Follow up on leads and maintain client communication
Qualifications :
- Experience reading and understanding construction documents preferred
- Experience in Renovations projects preferred
- Experience in sales preferred
- Experience in Managing multiple construction / renovation projects preferred
- Prefer Multifamily Renovation Experience
- Leaderships Skills
- Excellent verbal, communication, and written skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills - demonstrated ability to perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily activities
