We are hiring Drivers to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® l ocated Newport News, VA, which is in the Virginia Peninsula subregion . You'll be responsible for loading and unloading items from our moving trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Being a driver is fun and fulfilling for those who enjoy leading movers, physical activity, problem-solving, helping and interacting with people in your community.

Starting Pay : $20 / hour + tips and WEEKLY FRIDAY PAY

  • Sense of Accomplishment : At the end of each successful move, you'll have a sense of accomplishment and pride in a job well done. You'll be helping customers transition to their new homes or businesses, which is a rewarding experience.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported safely.
  • Work with our team of drivers and movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businesses.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful move.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the move.
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properly.
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

    • Requirements :

  • Be 21 years or older
  • Possess a valid Drivers' License and good driving record, NO CDL required
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
  • The ability to lift 100 pounds
  • The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs
  • A friendly personality with customer service skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A commitment to safety and professionalism
