New York Licensed Sr Associate Attorney

A company is looking for a Sr Associate Attorney to represent clients in legal proceedings and provide expert legal advice in foreclosure law.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high-level caseload of foreclosure matters and litigation from referral through resolution

Draft and argue motions, attend court conferences, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings

Mentor junior associates and ensure compliance with federal and state foreclosure requirements

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice law and in good standing in New York State courts

5-10 years of experience handling foreclosure matters preferred

Courtroom experience preferred

Strong knowledge of NY foreclosure statutes and procedures preferred
