Occupational Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (OT - Acute)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1565.88 - $1715.80

OT - ltach - BLS - adult IP exp needed asap

References are required in the Tech as well as DOB

REQUIRED SKILLS EPIC

LICENSE REQUIRED : Yes

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Long Term Acute Care

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : OT-MI

Certifications : BLS(Copy Needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required
