Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support for Fiduciary Tax Services while ensuring compliance with Bank standards, policies, and federal / state laws.
  • Build partnerships and develop strong relationships with internal partners to achieve client-focused service standards.
  • Manage risk by identifying and escalating issues promptly.
  • Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver accurate results.
  • Requirements :

  • 1+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Excel; customer service focused.
  • Ability to learn tax administrative skills; tax experience is a plus.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Accounting or finance degree preferred but not required.

    Pay Details : $24.93 per hour
