What do we expect from you? We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great website designs for exceptional companies. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites, as well as creating visual elements.

Responsibilities Design Exceptional Websites Create modern, clean, and user-centered website designs in Figma that reflect client needs and industry best practices.

Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that can be seamlessly translated into Webflow or other platforms.

Lead Design Direction Establish clear design directions by understanding brand guidelines, user personas, and project goals.

Provide thoughtful solutions for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) challenges.

Create Style Guides and Design Systems Develop and document style guides , design systems, and reusable components for clients to ensure visual consistency.

Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.

Collaborate in a Creative Team Environment Work closely with project managers, developers, and fellow designers to bring projects from concept to completion.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and innovative design solutions.

Contribute to Internal and Client Projects Design internal projects, such as company marketing materials, landing pages, and brand assets.

Offer design support for Webflow projects and other no-code / low-code platforms as needed.

Stay Curious and Continuously Learn Keep up with the latest web design trends, tools , and UX / UI best practices to enhance your skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements Experience & Expertise : Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs created in Figma (or similar tools like Adobe XD or Sketch).

Solid understanding of UI / UX principles , responsive design, and user-centered design processes.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs.

Familiarity with no-code / low-code platforms like Webflow is a plus.

Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.

Creative and Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong conceptual thinking and ability to turn abstract ideas into beautiful, functional designs.

Ability to solve design challenges while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and usability.

Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment , working closely with developers, project managers, and fellow designers.

Excellent communication skills to present design ideas clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients.

Attention to Detail : A meticulous eye for design details, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality standards across all projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Growth Mindset : A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Proactive and open to feedback, with a willingness to iterate and improve designs.

Bonus Skills (Optional) : Experience creating and documenting design systems or style guides.

Familiarity with tools like Lottie for animations or integrations with Webflow.

An understanding of basic SEO principles and how design impacts performance.
