A DAY IN THE SHACK

• As a Cashier / counter server at our location, you will take orders, both in-person and to-go, answer the phone, prep juice, prepare and stock coffee / espresso. Maintain to-go sauces, and make sure the counter is always stocked.
• You will often be our guests' first point of contact as they enter the restaurant. You will communicate with our guests in a friendly and sincere manner, both in person and by telephone.
• You may also need to guide our guests on the steps of service particular to our restaurant (ex. How / where to pick up food, order drinks, find a table, etc.
• The way you perform your responsibilities, particularly when interacting with our guests, contributes to the overall flow of the restaurant. It is critical that you make our guests feel welcome.
