In this role, youll meet with clients over Zoom, review their needs, provide personalized solutions, and guide them through simple digital forms. No cold calling and no prior experience required, we provide full training and mentorship!

What Youll Do :

Meet with clients virtually to review existing benefits

Update client information and help with requests

Provide support, and ongoing service

Maintain strong communication and follow-up

Represent our team with professionalism and care
