What we are looking for :

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Marketing team by managing cross-functional projects, coordinating external vendors and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and events. This person will act as a central point of organization for marketing operations, ensuring timelines, communications and deliverables are executed with excellence.

Job Duties

Project Coordination

• Support the VP of Marketing in managing marketing initiatives and cross-functional campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage project trackers, calendars, and workflow tools (Asana).

Vendor & Asset Management

Internal Communications & Reporting

Events & Brand Activations
