Work Schedule Details :

Self-scheduled shifts.

Night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM.

0.9 FTE with 12-hour shifts.

Commitment to 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.

Participation in 2 holidays (1 in summer and 1 in winter).

Incentives :

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver patient-centered care across Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units.

Adapt quickly to varying workflows while upholding clinical excellence.

Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient experience and safety.

Preferred Qualifications :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience preferred.

Flexibility in scheduling and working across multiple units.

Training & Skills Development :

ACLS, NIHSS, and IV Ultrasound training provided.

Cross-training for Charge Nurse roles available.

Requirements :

Valid Registered Nurse license in state of practice.

BLS certification from AHA.

Completion of an accredited nursing program.
