Investor-Advisor And Fractional Executive

This is a remote position.

What You'll Do

  • Executive Leadership : Step into interim or project-based executive roles (e.g., CEO, CFO, COO) to support portfolio companies' strategic and operational needs.
  • Advisory Expertise : Serve as a trusted advisor to founders and management teams, providing insights and hands-on support in areas like growth strategy, operational efficiency, and financial management.
  • Operational Excellence : Drive measurable outcomes in your areas of expertise, ensuring portfolio companies achieve key business milestones.
  • Investor Alignment : Collaborate with our investment team to align operational improvements with broader investment goals, contributing to the success of the portfolio.

    • Requirements

    Passionate about working hands-on with small-to-medium-sized businesses and growth-stage companies.

    Previous experience in private equity, venture capital, or search funds is a plus.
