CRM Data Specialist

Pay : $25 / hr-$30 / hr depending on experience

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM | In-Office | Some additional hours as needed

    • Key Responsibilities

  • High-volume CRM data entry into CRM
  • Importing and exporting contact data
  • Managing integrations between Insightly and internal systems
  • Supporting outbound email and SMS campaigns
  • Processing large volumes of paper records into the CRM
  • Maintaining contact accuracy and data cleanliness
  • Assisting with inbound calls as needed (this is a plus, but not a requirement)
  • Supporting the broader operations team as required

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ year experience managing or working inside a CRM
  • Ability to demonstrate hands-on CRM experience
  • Strong Excel and Outlook skills
  • Fast, accurate typing and data entry
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven work style
  • Ability to work quickly and independently
  • Must pass a background check
