• 24-hour call shifts from 7am to 7am
• 2-3 patients per shift with call ratio of 2-3
• General surgery procedures required including colonoscopy and hernias
• Adult surgery experience required
• Preferred experience in pediatric, neonate, and trauma surgery
• Laparoscopic surgery skills preferred
• 40% call back rate with 1-2 patients seen per 24 hours
• Various surgical procedures including appendectomy and cholecystectomy
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
