A company is looking for a Director of Regional Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes regional sales strategy and manages the sales team
Builds and maintains relationships with key customers and ensures satisfaction with products and services
Oversees sales processes, including training, pricing strategy, and CRM reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of relevant field sales experience, preferably in the utility industry
5+ years of experience in sales team management
Experience in software sales and selling technical solutions in a B2B environment preferred
Strong knowledge of distribution utility systems
