What You Will Do

The Pratt and Whitney Global Security Services team is currently seeking a Spring 2026 co-op with interest in Aerospace and Defense

As a member of the Global Security Services team at RTX you will play a crucial role in supporting both classified and unclassified initiatives within the Pratt & Whitney (P&W) business a key segment of RTX. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Director of Government Security Compliance (GSC) to assist in the implementation and management of our Cybersecurity Physical Security and International Security compliance programs.

Immerse yourself in a full-time Monday-Friday co-op session that will run January-June (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

What You Will Learn

• The policies procedures and best practices that drive compliance across key areas such as Cybersecurity Physical Security and International Security.
• Observe and experience firsthand how compliance programs are implemented and executed on a global scale equipping you with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and challenges involved in maintaining a secure international aerospace and defense environment.

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and / or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
