Description of the role :

Lexus of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Facilities Management Technician to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the facilities of our dealership in Wesley Chapel FL.

Responsibilities :

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting plumbing and electrical work
  • Ensuring that facilities are clean safe and well-maintained
  • Assisting with building inspections and repairs as needed

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in facilities maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
