The Role

We're looking for a

Senior UI / UX Designer

to lead a full

visual and experience

of our website and mobile app.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to disappear into endless A / B tests. We're guided by

You'll work closely with a small team of A-players who move fast, sweat the details, and care deeply about creating a product that inspires learners worldwide.

What You'll Do

Lead a full

UX / UI redesign

of our website and mobile app.

Define and evolve a

design system

that feels cohesive, modern, and scalable.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure your designs ship with fidelity.

Bring fresh ideas to elevate the overall brand and student experience.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional

UI / UX design experience

(startup or consumer product experience is a big plus).

A strong

portfolio

showcasing clean, thoughtful, and user-centered design.

Mastery of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).

Experience designing for both

web and mobile apps

A strong sense of

aesthetics and craft

—you trust your instincts and design judgment.
