We're seeking an Epic Tapestry Certified Analyst to support key initiatives focused on payer platform enhancements and system integration work for a large healthcare organization. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

Provide hands-on build, configuration, and support for Epic Tapestry modules.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance payer workflows and integration points.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Participate in design and implementation sessions supporting broader revenue cycle and payer initiatives.

Preferred Background :

Epic Tapestry Certification (required).

Experience supporting payer, claims, or member enrollment processes in Epic Tapestry.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and coordinate with distributed teams.

Prior experience in large healthcare environments or with multi-entity system integrations is a plus.
