A company is looking for a Director, Demand, Faculty Marketing Programs (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies to grow market share and revenue

Lead integrated, multi-channel demand campaigns and optimize performance using data insights

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and campaign execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 8 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing

Proven track record of achieving marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue goals

Experience with multi-channel demand campaigns and marketing automation

Ability to lead in a matrixed or squad-based team environment
