Hamilton Connections of Milford is currently looking for a experienced CNC Toolmaker for a growing manufacturing facility.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position on the first shift.

Position Requirements :

  • Construct new tooling and / or make adjustments to machines including : tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
  • Troubleshoot / maintain machines as needed.
  • Set-up and manage layout of machine operations.
  • Work in conjunction with department managers and engineering on all machining activities.
  • Handle all documentation / records related to machines or tooling.

Job Requirements :

  • Knowledge of setting up / overseeing all Toolroom activities.
  • Ability to set-up and program 3-5 axis CNC Mills, Lathes, EDM Wire and other related secondary machines.
  • Prior experience working with SolidWorks or Mastercam.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and other diagrams.
  • Strong computer and math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass a pre employment background and drug screening.
