The Enrollment Services First Stop Representative supports admissions, financial aid, and other related office operations in a professional, friendly manner to ensure a welcoming and efficient student-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, courteous, and professional attitude.
• Process student admissions and registration transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Scan, index, and organize documents with attention to detail and confidentiality
• Answer phones and assist with general inquiries, connecting students to appropriate campus resources.
• Support daily office operations with strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
• Work with a supportive team in a fun, student-focused office.
