Must reside in the State of Florida in one of the following Counties :   Osceola, Escambia, Columbia, Hendry, Polk, Madison, Citrus, Jackson, Putnam, Washington, Marion, Volusia, or Gadsden County.

What skills will you need

• GED or high school diploma required; some college preferred
• Prior work-at-home experience desired
• Comfortable working self-managed
• Minimum one-year previous call center / customer service
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
• Computer knowledge of Windows-based applications required
• Strong ability to communicate articulately and succinctly both verbally and in writing in English & Spanish
• Manages emotions and maintains positive energy
• Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
