[job_card.job_description]Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role (fast-casual or full-service preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory, and labor controls Excellent communication and leadership skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction Proven success in managing daily operations, including scheduling, ordering, and vendor relationships Strong focus on food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to operational standards Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and team engagement Motivate and coach team members to meet and exceed performance goals Ensure high standards of food quality, speed of service, and restaurant cleanliness Collaborate with leadership on local marketing efforts and community engagement Review daily reports to identify operational and financial opportunities Experience with franchise or multi-unit restaurant operations ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Passion for developing people and cultivating a positive, team-oriented culture Familiarity with restaurant technology (POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management platforms)
