Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking application support
Troubleshoot Encompass and application software problems and resolve helpdesk tickets promptly
Document troubleshooting steps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One year of Application Helpdesk experience is required
Experience with Encompass is required
Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required
Experience with Zendesk is preferred
Mortgage processing or loan operations experience is preferred
