Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and assisting with mobility
• Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and pharmacy visits
• Assist with active and passive mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan, and document any observed changes for the Director of Nursing

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid CPR certification (in-person class required)
• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• At least 1-2 years of caregiver or CNA experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
• Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
• Eligible for AHCA Level 2 background check
• Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background check
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, reach, push, and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
