A Nonpublic Therapeutic Day School in Naperville, IL, seeks a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher for an Elementary School contractual assignment for the current school year (CSY). This role focuses on providing individualized instruction and support to students in a therapeutic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with a team of 7 paraprofessionals, therapists, and school administration to support academic and behavioral goals.
• Deliver academic instruction and behavioral support using evidence-based strategies.
• Maintain consistent munication with families and relevant outside agencies to ensure a cohesive support system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings to enhance instructional practices.
