[job_card.job_description]Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 90% paid for employees and 50% paid for dependents 80 Hours of vacation time accrued 6 days / 48 hours of sick time 7 Paid holidays + flex days 401(K) with 4% match Bereavement time Aflac insurance options Company uniform Take home vehicle + gas card $75 phone reimbursement per month Commercial HVAC service and maintenance Maintenance, cleaning, and repair of commercial heating / cooling, and ventilation systems Cleaning & maintaining boilers, chillers, pumps, AC, Rooftop, split system, and water sourced heat pumps Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder Receiving hands on training for professional career growth Providing outstanding service to our customers Valid driver's license and insurable driving record EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License 2+ years of HVAC commercial annual maintenance and service experience Able to troubleshoot and perform maintenance for wide range of commercial equipment Understand and communicate benefits of preventative / annual maintenance Advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Certification of completion form a HVAC Technical School is desired High school diploma or equivalent

HVAC Maintenance Technician - Commercial |$25.00 - $33.00 per hour
This position will focus on commercial maintenance and service. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of HVAC experience, preferably commercial maintenance, and service.

We have designed our service offerings to fit the needs of building owners, property management companies, operating engineers, and engineering firms in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. Providing service and installation for HVAC mechanical systems and building automation systems. Working in commercial offices, light industrial, hotel & hospitality, health care and critical facility operations.
