Staffmark is hiring a Production Test Technician in Plano, TX, for a dynamic and growing company. If you have a background in electronics testing and a sharp eye for detail, this could be your next great opportunity.

Pay : per hour

Schedule : Must have open availability between 7 AM & 11 PM due to the schedule potentially changing daily / weekly

What You’ll Do :

  • Perform comprehensive testing on systems and sub-assemblies before shipment
  • Verify that products are built and configured to customer specifications
  • Follow testing procedures to ensure compliance with factory standards
  • Generate and review standard electronic test reports
  • Approve test reports submitted by other technicians
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot defective systems down to the module level

Experience :

  • 2–4 years of electronics testing experience
  • Associate’s degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of analog / digital circuits, power electronics, and microcontroller systems
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and work in high-power AC / DC environments
  • Skilled in using hand tools, multimeters, and test fixtures
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Physically able to stand for long periods, lift  up  to 50 lbs, and climb ladders (up to 6 ft)
  • Good manual dexterity and color vision required
