Job Description :
As the Internal Communications Administrator, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and executing internal communications initiatives that support organizational goals and employee engagement. You will work closely with business units and the communications team to create effective messaging, oversee intranet content, and ensure internal communications are clear, timely, and aligned with company standards. This role also provides opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements across the communications function.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and implement internal communications strategies to support organizational objectives and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver effective internal messaging, including intranet content, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Maintain high standards for content quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all internal communications.
- Track performance metrics and gather feedback to assess communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage communication projects from inception to completion, including print and digital initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for colleagues on best practices in internal communications and provide guidance as needed.
- Mentor and support junior communications staff, helping to develop their skills and effectiveness.
- Assist with ad hoc communications projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field required.3–5 years of administrative or communications experience, ideally within corporate or financial services environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.Experience with Microsoft Office and general office technology; experience with intranet platforms or broadcast email systems is a plus.Familiarity with financial markets is preferred but not required.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Experience mentoring or supervising staff is a plus.Additional Details :
