Key Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize scheduled jobs across trustee systems

Analyze stored procedures and recommend indexing strategies for performance improvements

Serve as primary on-call contact for critical job failures and coordinate timely resolutions

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in technical operations and job scheduling

Strong experience in SQL development and optimization

Familiarity with governance processes and system stability best practices

Experience with ActiveBatch job management

Ability to manage critical incidents under pressure
