Office Manager

Job Overview

Clearwater, FL based manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and supervisory skills, with a focus on maintaining an efficient and productive work environment. This role requires excellent communication abilities as well as the capacity to manage schedules and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support office staff, ensuring that all clerical tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage file organization, maintaining both physical and digital records to ensure easy access and compliance with company policies.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities to foster team collaboration and engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors via phone systems and email to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Oversee schedule management for the office, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines to optimize productivity.
  • Implement organizational systems that enhance workflow and improve overall office efficiency.
  • Assist in training new employees on office procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an office management or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Experience within a Manufacturing setting required.
  • Experience in data entry/invoicing/customer service strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in both English & Spanish required.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in event planning is a plus, showcasing creativity and logistical skills.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and standard office software applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams.
  • Ability to lead a team while fostering a positive work environment.
