Revenue Cycle Management Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, RCM.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees domestic and offshore Revenue Cycle Management staff to ensure timely completion of RCM functions

Tracks and publishes ongoing metrics for RCM work, while improving processes for quality and efficiency

Trains and develops team members, manages escalated billing inquiries, and ensures compliance with reimbursement procedures

Required Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited college is required; advanced degree preferred

Three years of relevant work experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance customer services

Two years of experience with HME claims is preferred

Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is advantageous
