Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Revenue Accounting Specialist for a 1-year remote assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Review complex contractual agreements for revenue recognition and billing requirements

Enter new and renewal sales orders into NetSuite and process complex return authorizations

Generate invoices and assist with royalty calculations and submissions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience

Minimum 5 years of Accounting experience with a focus on Accounts Receivable and revenue recognition

Experience with revenue recognition, IFRS, and billing processes

Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred

Strong understanding of US GAAP and familiarity with IFRS
