About the Role :

As an ABA Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You will play a crucial role in helping clients develop and improve their social, communication, and behavioral skills. By implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies, you will contribute to the overall well-being and progress of individuals with ASD. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of your clients and their families, as you help them navigate the challenges associated with ASD and promote their independence and inclusion in society.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age (per BACB licensure requirements)
• Clear background check
• Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (i.e. kneeling, sitting – in both a chair and on the floor, squatting, standing, etc.) for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
