Job Description
Manage the full lifecycle of modular DSA and public works projects (K-12 focus)
Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities in a design-build environment
Oversee subcontractor relationships, schedules, and budgets
Lead project meetings and maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with the internal estimating and field teams to ensure seamless project execution
Occasionally visit job sites and attend weekly coordination meetings (hybrid work flexibility provided)

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager or Senior Project Manager should have :
5+ years of experience in public works construction
Experience with K-12 schools, DSA projects, or modular construction preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong understanding of project budgets, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
