Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from agents, producers, and customers to collect necessary underwriting requirements
Evaluate and process new business applications efficiently while identifying and verifying information discrepancies
Utilize various systems to support multiple underwriting areas and recommend process improvements for enhanced customer experience
Required Qualifications
Experience in a high-volume customer service or call center role
Ability to maintain regular attendance and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of computer systems, including email and Microsoft products
Proficiency in keyboarding skills and effective time management
Must have access to high-speed internet and be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
