This is a part timeequity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends Autheo and the WFO Creator Network along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months following ournode tokensales or funding.

ROLE : Deputy Chief Information Security Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Chief Information Security Officer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co-Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution. At Autheo we are building the platform that redefines decentralized computation delivering sub-microsecond execution speeds billions of transactions per second throughput and mathematically proven security against adversaries.

You will serve as the right hand to the CISO and the companys primary hands-on security leader owning blockchain forensics DeFi risk smart-contract auditing post-quantum migration AI / LLM hardening privacy engineering and full regulatory compliance (GDPR CCPA HIPAA HITRUST EU AI Act) across our Layer 0 / 1 / 2 stack dApps bridges and consumer-facing APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead threat modeling pen-testing and red-teaming of Layer 02 protocols bridges and DeFi primitives

Perform and oversee smart-contract audits (Solidity Rust Move) and formally verify critical cryptographic paths

Drive post-quantum migration (ML-KEM ML-DSA SLH-DSA) across consensus transport and enclave layers

Harden AI / LLM endpoints against prompt injection data leakage model theft and training-data poisoning

Implement and enforce ε0.5 differential privacy zk-proof lineage on all sensitive data flows

Own incident response blockchain forensics and crisis management for the entire ecosystem

Embed DevSecOps : SAST / DAST / SCA in CI / CD policy-as-code and automated compliance checks

Act as chief privacy officer : run PIAs manage global compliance programs and deliver audit-ready evidence

Build and operate the internal red team and bug-bounty program

Research Innovation & Thought Leadership

Publish novel findings on blockchain privacy AI security or post-quantum DeFi at IEEE S&P USENIX Security Real World Crypto

Keynote at Black Hat DEF CON or RCC 2026 on Securing 50 Billion Post-Quantum TPS

Requirements Must Have

8 years in information security with 4 years in blockchain / DeFi / crypto-native environments

Hands-on production experience auditing and fixing L1 / L2 smart contracts and bridges

Proven post-quantum cryptography migration and / or AI / LLM security hardening at scale

Deep expertise in applied privacy engineering (differential privacy PETs GDPR / HIPAA compliance)

Battle-tested incident response leadership in crypto or fintech

Nice to Have

CISSP CISM CIPP / E OSCP or equivalent

First-author papers at top security venues

Patents in privacy tech zk-systems or AI security

Experience achieving SOC 2 Type II HITRUST or ISO 27001 in a blockchain company

First 90-Day Deliverables

Full security privacy assessment of the entire stack with prioritized roadmap

Remediate all critical / high findings from smart-contract and infra audits

Deploy post-quantum signatures transport across consensus and APIs

Roll out ε0.5 differential privacy on LLM training and query logs

Deliver GDPR / HIPAA-ready data handling framework with audit logs

Launch internal red team initial bug-bounty round

Accepted talk at Black Hat or Real World Crypto 2026

Top candidates : 6-hour live security war-room session smart-contract audit post-quantum design review.
