About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Digital Ads to lead the strategic growth of the digital advertising team, with a focus on upper-funnel and brand-building initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the upper-funnel advertising strategy, building and executing brand-focused campaigns across various digital channels, and integrating these efforts with direct-to-donate campaigns. This role also involves mentoring and developing the team, driving client success, contributing to business development, and staying at the forefront of industry trends to innovate the company's approach. The ideal candidate must have a passion for social change, at least 6 years of experience in paid media, advertising operations, or paid social media optimization, and a background in agency, nonprofit, or political work in digital advertising, fundraising, and marketing. Applicants for the Vice President, Digital Ads position at the company should possess a deep understanding of full-funnel digital advertising, with a proven track record in top-of-funnel tactics that support direct-response goals. The role requires excellent quantitative reasoning skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to apply data to strategic decisions. The candidate must have experience managing client relationships, cross-functional project teams, and be adept at juggling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. A strong emphasis is placed on obsessive attention to detail, intense curiosity, and the ability to work with various technology platforms.
