About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Urgent Care PA in North Dakota!

We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 3-day locum tenens opportunity in North Dakota. This assignment starts Nov 28, 2025, and features day shifts from 8am to 4pm over a consecutive three-day period. Candidates must have experience in urgent care settings and possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide direct patient care in an urgent care setting
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of acute conditions
  • Perform minor procedures and wound care as appropriate
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

    • Additional Information

  • North Dakota state license required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Prior urgent care experience is strongly preferred
