Tech-savvy enough to operate a drone Hourly Pay + Lead Bonus : $20 / hr plus a bonus for every lead you generate. Growth Potential : Learn the business from the ground up and transition into higher-earning sales roles. We’ll provide everything you need to succeed, including drone training and marketing strategy. Team Environment : Work with motivated, like-minded people who are all pushing toward success
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, money-motivated individual who wants to grow with a fast-paced, high-energy company. This role is designed for someone who isn’t afraid to get out into neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and generate real opportunities for our sales team. The right candidate thrives outside of the office, is competitive, and is motivated by unlimited earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Distribute door hangers and flyers to generate new roofing leads (primary responsibility).
- Operate a company drone to perform roof inspections.
- Attend insurance adjuster meetings to assist our sales team.
- Drive a company vehicle to canvass neighborhoods and set up / remove yard signs.
- Collect checks from homeowners when needed.
- Report daily activity and results to the sales department.
