Position Overview :

As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Baker, you'll enjoy the benefits of working in a fun, friendly environment with the ability to grow!

Shifts are available from 6-8 hour increments. NO GREASE in the store so you do not go home smelly. Typical hours range from 3 / 4am - 10 / 11am, Predominately on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

The Einstein Bros. Bagels Baker is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Our customers are our number one priority, so it is your job to create a positive environment that our customers enjoy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Job Starting at  $13.00 / hour !

Employees will get additional $1-$5 per hour pay from our tip pool  AND  a free meal every shift!

Supervisor Responsibilities :

• Able to work and bake by yourself to start the store's day
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest
• Be a responsible keyholder to assist opening the store
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions
• Be a team player

Qualifications & Skills :

Requirements :

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Able to lift 40 pounds at a time
