Gibson Arnold and Associates is seeking multiple Lateral Partners with a $1 million book of business to join firms in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in energy/natural resources law and responsibilities may include:
- Advising clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, project development, environmental issues, and transactional matters in the energy and natural resources sectors;
- Representing clients before federal and state regulatory agencies (e.g., FERC, DOE, EPA, state public utility commissions);
- Structuring and negotiating complex energy transactions, including joint ventures, M&A, and project finance;
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships while developing new business opportunities;
- Collaborating with other practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions;
- Mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.
