The Role

As a Principal Operations Production Coordinator at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each and every time. The Principal Operations Production Coordinator supports day to day learning programs and / or process improvements. They will facilitate and train to support learning initiatives, including planning and assisting with coordination of logistics, etc.

Responsibilities

Training (70% of responsibilities)

• Create, approve, and facilitate training materials, programs, and agendas
• Partner with the Customer Channels Performance Solutions (CCPS) to bring across effective training updates
• Manage training schedules, agenda, and matrix
• Maintain training priorities dashboard
• Provide updates to key stakeholders

Authoring (30% of responsibilities)

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Work From Home :

$56,800 - $64,800 for Principal Ops Prod Coor

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
