ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

I launched my agency on October 1, 2024, after spending four years as a State Farm team member and additional time working within the corporate claims organization. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both operations and customer service, and it ultimately led me to agency ownership for the flexibility, financial opportunity, and lifestyle balance it provides. Im a graduate of Central Michigan University, and outside of work I enjoy golfing, staying active, and spending time in northern Michigan.

Our team currently includes four members, and were focused on building something strong from the ground up. We offer a 401k, licensing reimbursement, and a genuine emphasis on work-life balance. Our office culture is friendly, fun, and centered on learning and growth.

Quinton Lemanski - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
