Key Responsibilities
Manage high volume incoming and outgoing calls to facilitate a positive customer / patient experience
Document patient demographic and health information accurately in the electronic health record system
Verify patient eligibility, insurance benefits, and schedule appointments based on intake assessments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates degree in Health Administration or related field preferred
One year customer service or call center experience required
Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical insurance, or medical billing preferred
