A company is looking for a Solutions Architect responsible for designing and managing complex communication and contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture designs
Lead the design of scalable and secure technical solutions, including system integration and defining integration patterns
Provide technical leadership to implementation teams and act as a top-level expert for system design and operational issues
Required Qualifications
Deep expertise in Avaya UC and CC solutions, along with knowledge of AI, SIP, VoIP, and network protocols
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in software development, architecture, or unified communications solution design
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as Avaya Certified Solutions Architect or cloud platform certifications are preferred
Strong analytical and leadership skills essential for collaboration and stakeholder management
