Hiring Package :

$260,000 - $275,000 base salary range

25,000 annual productivity bonus potential

25,000 sign on bonus

10,000 moving / office expense stipend

PTO : 25 days year 1; increasing to 40 days maximum

Schedule / Practice Details :

Equal call schedule, every 4 weeks (+ / - given pod size)

Each pod covers 2-3 hospitals and 4-5 dialysis centers
